To have Paul or Garry log on and help you with a question, just CALL US FIRST on (02) 4358 4466 (Australia), then click on the required photo below.
This will allow us to see your computer screen in our office, and even use your computer remotely to take you through your query.
Remember that both Paul and Garry have been involved in building for many years, so they'll understand what you're talking about.
In the TURBO and BallPark programs themselves, you'll see these purple Log On Support buttons in the START and JOB MANAGER screens.
There's nothing worse than having bought a new estimating program, to need help, and not be able to get it.



Or worse still, get onto a Help Desk where the person knows all about computers, but nothing about building.



We've produced the Videos and L Plates and put them in the program to help, but if you still need help,



we have our Log On Support, so when you need our help, you can talk directly with Paul or Garry to help you through



Log On allows us to see, and remotely use, your computer from our office.



We can then take you through anything you want to know
