The Builder’s Ute is a FREE program for you to download just by filling in your details in the left hand column.
It’s full of helpful tools for you to use, such as:
1) WeatherWatch: gives you a 4 day forecast at any of your job sites to see if you should pour slabs or strip roofs etc.
2) Satellite Site View: Just click on your client’s name in a list and SSV will give you a satellite view of the job site so you can check for access, materials storage space, rubbish bin space, trees in the way of cranes, roof shapes etc. Great for night interviews.
3) Electronic Span Tables: Download Span Tables for timber sizes.
4) 90 day free use of ScanPlan Lite: Scan or import your plan and let ScanPlan Lite take off all your Areas, Lengths and One off quantities. This is a prelude to the full version of ScanPlan attached to the QuoteFast Estimating program which will also cost each and every component of each section of the job, such as slabs, roofs, walls etc.
Click here for a short video of how the full ScanPlan works.
5) The Builder’s Shop: Bulletins from suppliers to let you know of any new products and services etc.
6) Master Builders Associations Bulletins: Latest news on training courses and other industry news.
7) Site Inspection form: to print out and take to site.
8) Client Interview and Job Requirement forms: to record information from the client as to what they want… so there’s no “misunderstandings”.
...and more
